Books & Printed Materials:
All sales of books and printed materials (including signed copies) are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cornellbunting@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Apparel & Merchandise:
You may return unused, unworn, and unwashed apparel or merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or defective product).
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Programs)
All sales of digital products are non-refundable. Because of the instant-access nature of digital content, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Yes, unworn apparel with original tags attached can be returned within 14 days. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads and guides are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we'll make it right.
How do I access my digital purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. Downloads are available instantly after payment is confirmed. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
How many times can I download my file?
You can download your file up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. If you need additional access, contact us and we'll help.
Where does my donation go?
100% of donations made through our Impact / EHAS collection go directly to EHAS Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved youth through mentorship, storytelling, and life skills development programs.
